Ron Oren
Chairman of the board
Ron Oren was nominated as the Company’s Chairman of the board since 2025.
Mr. Oren has served as the Company’s CEO and President since 2007.
Mr. Oren has served as Rapac Communication & Infrastructure Vice President for Business Development since 2005.
Mr. Oren holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a B.Sc. from the Interdisciplinary center Herzeliya degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion institute – the Israeli Institute of Technology.
Tanhum Oren
Director and Main share holder
Tanhum Oren is the Managing Director of Inter-Gamma Investment Company Ltd. and is serving as director of Rapac Communication & Infrastructure Ltd.
Mr. Oren holds a Masters of Science degree from the Technion Institute – the Israeli Institute of Technology.
Nechemya Kind
CEO
Nechemya Kind was nominated as the Company’s CEO since 2025.
Mr. Kind has served as the Company’s Deputy CEO since 2021.
Mr. Kind served as Senior Deputy Accountant General At the Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Kind holds an MBA and BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Haim Mazuz
CFO
Haim Mazuz has served as the CFO of Rapac Communication & Infrastructure since 2006, after serving as Del-Ta Engineering Equipment CFO since 1999.
Mr. Mazuz holds a BA degree in Economy and Accounting, CPA and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
